The Job

TCS was housed in 23,000 square feet of Class B office-space and wanted to grow. CAHCo wrote the RFP to developers, negotiated the development agreement and lease, monitored the construction of the base building, and managed the tenant improvements, outfitting, and relocation.

CAHCo also managed the relocation of TCS’ European headquarters in London, England.
