The Job

First American’s banking operations were located in the headquarters in downtown Nashville. The bank needed better work flows, upgraded technology, and lower rent. CAHCo managed the development of the building, outfitting, and relocation and negotiated a sale-leaseback with Lazlo N. Tauber, MD.

Between 1986 and 1994 CAHCo managed over 20 projects for First American Corporation.
