JA was located in two separate office locations and needed to consolidate into one new office space that was larger and better suited to their needs. CAHCo helped them find the right Class A office space, negotiated a 7-year lease, managed the interior planning and tenant improvement construction, and facilitated the move process. The project finished on time and under-budget.
