Working closely with the Customer, CAHCo developed the plan of action, wrote the RFP to developers, negotiated the development agreement and ten-year lease, monitored the construction of the base building, and managed the tenant improvements, outfitting, and relocation. The negotiations resulted in Gambro receiving $1,213,000 in additional tenant improvement and base building upgrades above those readily available in the marketplace.
